#4 Hearing God's Voice in the Workplace.
Welcome to my blog post entitled "Unveiling the Zeitgeist". This new 10-part series reveals the secrete of “Hearing God’s Voice in the Workplace”. People spend an average of 90,000 hours (or a third) of their life working. Given that we sleep in average 229,961 hours during our lifetime, the workplace takes a significant part of our life. In a modern, fast paced, time consuming and technologically driven lifestyle, does God still speaks to His people or has He become irrelevant and silent? The answer is that God always speaks! Matter of fact, God has never stopped speaking to His people since the foundation of the world has formed. Hearing God’s voice is not only enriching and meaningful to steer our life, but it is also an overlooked and unexplored secretes accessible to everyone. So, let’s explore together!

#4 What are the ways to hear God voice? (45.45%)*
This depends on the individual and primary personality trait and how one perceives God voice. Some are prone to be thinkers. Intellectuals leaning towards cognitive aptitude, God speaks through the written word (logos) as a primary source. Some sense and feel the presence of God. This can be the prompting and tucking of the Holy Spirit in someone’s heart. God can speak in many ways according to the bible especially the Old Testament. Accounts of angels, visions, dreams, the use of the Urim and Thummim, symbolic actions, a gentle whisper and miraculous signs (Donkey), etc. However, the Experience God mentions five primary ways in how God speaks to His children. God speaks through the Holy Spirit, Bible, Prayer, Church, and Circumstances.
Recently, we heard from the Middle East, streams of testimonies from Muslims who have converted to Christianity that they see Jesus in their dream (this may be due to lack of access to scripture or exposure to Christian faith). Again, this is people specific and circumstantially a different aspect of how God chooses to speak.
Let's pray together! Father God, we know now that you speak. Help us to tune in the frequency to your channel as we start our journey in actively listen to you voice. When doubt and skepticism sets in, help me to find multiple confirmations to arrive at a deep level of conviction. In Jesus name I pray.
